Jennifer Steffenhagen

 

Jenny Steffenhagen has worked with Hiawatha HomeCare since 2009.  She started as an Administrative Assistant, and she moved into the HR Coordinator / Payroll Specialist role in 2015.  Jenny is responsible for many of the traditional HR responsibilities, such as coordinating employee benefits, maintaining employee files, tracking annual compliance training for all staff, and coordinating new hire orientation.  She is also responsible for completing payroll every other week.

Jenny takes pride in Hiawatha’s mission.  She finds it rewarding to keep those with medically-complex conditions at home with their families.

Jenny holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Winona State University.

When not at Hiawatha HomeCare, Jenny enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband, 2 sons, 2 cats, and dog.  Her hobbies include gardening, photography, and scrapbooking.
